Our Board

Shane Edmond

Chairman

Shane is an experienced financial markets and wealth management leader with more than 30 years of experience across New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

During his two-decade career with Forsyth Barr, Shane held several senior leadership positions, including Head of Retail Broking, Head of Wealth Management, and Executive Director. He has also contributed to the wider financial services sector through his seven-year tenure on the Financial Markets Authority's Code Committee for Financial Advisers.

As a Board Member of Orbit Travel Limited, Shane brings extensive governance, investment, and commercial expertise, along with valuable strategic insight to support the company's long-term success.

Fiona Fountaine

Fiona is an experienced governance and infrastructure leader with a distinguished career spanning investment banking, public policy, and major infrastructure delivery.

She has advised the New Zealand Government on a range of large-scale projects and programmes, with expertise in funding, financing, structuring, and procurement. Fiona has served on the boards of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, KiwiRail Holdings Limited and Lyttelton Port Company, and is currently a Director of Kāinga Ora.

As a Board Member of Orbit Travel Limited, she brings extensive governance experience, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of complex commercial and public sector environments.

Nick Judd

Nick Judd is Chief Executive Officer of One New Zealand and an experienced business leader with a strong track record in strategy, commercial leadership, customer experience, and organisational transformation.

Prior to joining One New Zealand, he held senior executive roles with Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) and spent 17 years with Air New Zealand, leading strategy, networks, alliances, and commercial functions across New Zealand and international markets.

As a Board Member of Orbit TravelLimited, Nick brings extensive expertise in travel, tourism, customer engagement, and business growth, providing valuable strategic insight and a customer-focused perspective to support the company's long-term direction.

David Coombes

David Coombes is a respected travel industry leader with extensive experience in business strategy, commercial leadership, and organisational growth.

Through his leadership role at House of Travel, he has helped shape outcomes across the travel sector in New Zealand and Australia.

As a Board Member of Orbit Travel Limited, David brings valuable industry insight, strategic expertise, and a customer-focused perspective to support the company's governance and future direction.

Marc Bartram

Marc Bartram is an Executive Shareholder of Orbit Travel Limited and a highly experienced travel industry professional with extensive expertise in corporate travel management, business leadership, and client service.

As a Board Member of Orbit Travel Limited, he represents the interests of the Executive Shareholders, including Brendan Drury, Craig Jenkinson, Jason McKay, and himself, while contributing to the strategic direction, growth, and long-term success of the business.

Marc plays an active role in strengthening organisational performance, supporting key business initiatives, and ensuring Orbit continues to deliver value to its customers, people, and shareholders.
